Celebrate the art and life of artist Alma Thomas and make your own crafts in her style to take home!
Join us in the Great Hall to make crafts in the style of famous female artist Alma Thomas. All materials will be provided and this is a craft for all ages.
Alma Thomas was a Washington DC-based artist who was known for using bright, expressive colors and abstract patterns. The library is currently home to two exhibits about her life and art: Let This World Be Beautiful and Alma Thomas: Life is Color.
