Online Safety

This workshop is for those who are interested in safety online and want to protect themselves from fraudsters and scams.

It will build participants’ confidence when visiting websites, creating passwords, and responding to email.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

·         Identify a secure website (i.e. a website that’s safe to create an account on).

·         Identify wo tips from the workshop to create a strong password that is easy to remember.

·         Identify key factors in an email message that indicate a scam.
