The Lamond Riggs Library Friends and The DC Office of Planning (OP) hosts “Foundations of Freedom: Recognizing the enslaved People who Built the US Capitol."
The program includes an introduction of the Artist and Office of Planning staff, a program overview and background review, storytelling, and a design process discussion before a question-and-answer session.
