"Quincy" is a 2018 documentary film, produced by Rashida Jones, about her father Quincy Jones, the iconic musician, band leader, composer-arranger, and record producer.
Woodridge patrons and community will enjoy learning about the successful and creative life of one of the greatest musicians and producer's the world has ever known. Quincy Jones, also known as The Maestro, was born in Chicago, Illinois, of humble means and grew into a musical industry powerhouse, with a hugely successful career that has spanned generations. One of his many accomplishments was producing Michael Jackson's "Thriller" the best selling pop album of all times. The movie begins at 2:30pm - right after "Adult Coloring" with brief discussion to follow film.
