Read with Northeast Neighborhood Library all year! Every month, we will issue a new reading challenge around a different theme. Complete at least five monthly challenges this year and win a prize!
In honor of the 400th anniversary of the printing of the First Folio, a collection of Shakespeare plays including many that had not previously been in print, this month's theme is Shakespeare! Please read a Shakespeare play, a biography of Shakespeare, or a novel that adapts or retells one of Shakespeare's works.
When you finish reading a book, drop a slip with your contact info and a little about the book you read in the Challenge Box by the display, or do so digitally by clicking the "Register" button on this page .
Check out the display at the Northeast Library for book options, or for more ideas that fit the theme, check out some of these lists:
Also check out other "Searching for Shakespeare" programs and events happening around the city this April!
