Library cards are available to anyone who resides, works, pays property taxes or attends school in the District of Columbia as well as residents of select counties in Maryland and Virginia. Critical Condition Brand (C.C.B) represents the evolution of a brand built nearly two decades ago, sprung out of a popular Go-Go band based in Prince George’s County, Md.
URB is a DC based Go-Go Band.
