Teen Space at MLK has a zine lab! The DIY zine lab allows creatives to make their own self-published work, while supplies last. Sensitive equipment like safety scissors, magazines and long front stapler will be kept at the desk for checkout while in the space. Take it home, make a photocopy for our shelves, donate your work to the zine lab or enter the zine raffle for a special prize!
Zine Raffle
If you are participating in the raffle, check-in with library staff in Teen Space prior to adding your work to the zine lab. They will collect the title of your work and email to enter a raffle for a special prize awarded at the end of the month. The winner will be contacted on the last day of the month and will have seven days to pick up their prize. November's theme is pumpkin spice.
