The DC Public Library is excited to Discover Summer with you at Planet Word, an immersive language experience located at the historic Franklin School in Washington, D.C. Visit the museum’s interactive exhibits and learn where words come from, explore a magic library, “Unlock the Music” by singing karaoke, and learn so much more about the history of words and language! Stop by the DC Public Library table to sign up for Discover Summer, claim giveaways (while supplies last), check out a library book or get a library card, make a poem using word tiles, and learn more about Planet Word and other DC Public Library programs.
