Drop by Petworth Library's children's program room on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. to play chess or learn how to play. Suitable for 5-14 year olds.
Practice your chess play or learn how to play from scratch with a no-stress chess version of the game. Chess boards and study books are available and a children's librarian is on hand to teach or coach players. Other games like Uno, Connect 4, Memory and Candyland, among others, are available for non-chess players.
