Senior Strength & Balance is a gentle, full body movement class that offers greater mobility, balance and posture.
Class incorporates smooth, rhythmic moves done to a mix of classical, jazz and contemporary music. Good for all fitness levels.
This class is intended for DC Residents age 60+. Maximum participant number is capped at 15.
